Old Braeswood
Established between South Main, North Braeswood, Kirby and Holcombe. Old Braeswood is in prime location to access some of the best of the "Bayou City". With houses built from 1920-1950, this tree-lined community is abundant with architectural beauty and character.
Third Ward
With such a close proximity to downtown and the Houston Medical Center, Third Ward is one of the most promising areas of the inner city. East Downtown

South Houston
Outside of the 610 Loop and bordered by 59 South and 45 South, South Houston houses a combination of neighborhoods from Sunny Side , South Acres/Crestmont, Missouri City, City Park and Hobby Airport. The houses throughout these areas can vary from new master planned communities to established neighborhoods with homes built in 1930-1990.
